General

Q: What all consists of designing a website?
A: You send your logo, photos, desired colors etc. so I have something to work with and I'll design the layout and banner for the page tops.

Q: How long does it take to get my website updated once I send you the information?
A: I usually get it done right away if I am home or within 24 hrs.

Q: I have photos etc that I would like to snail mail. Will my photos be returned?
A: Yes, once I scan them they will be returned to you in the same condition they were in when I received them.

Drivers & Speedway Sites

Q: Why do you charge the same amount for updating and maintaining through the whole year even though there isn't much updating that needs done to my site during the off season?
A: It all evens itself out because during the racing season I am constantly updating results once or more every week and finding photos to post on your site and placing any news you would like on it, etc. During the off season months I will get your site ready for the upcoming season. Your site still needs maintained during the off season.

Billing

Q: What happens if I forget how much I owe on my site fees quarterly?
A: When I email you that your site fees are due and the due date I will state in the email how much your site fees are. Each client will also have their own page
(if they pay online) that will have the amount that is due and also the due dates and a PayPal link to pay.

Q: When I pay my site fees am I paying for the previous 3 months or the next 3 months?
A: You are paying for the next 3 months.

Q: Do I have to pay quarterly or can I pay every 6 months or yearly?
A: You can pay in advance if you wish (6 mos, 1 year etc.). All payments you make will be credited to your account.

Q: Do you send out notices when my site fees are due?
A: Yes, I will email you at the beginning of the month with the date that your site fees are due.

Q: Do you snail mail invoices?
A: Yes, if you prefer to have an invoice snail mailed to you just let me know.

Q: I prefer to not use PayPal to make my payments, do you accept checks or money orders?
A: Yes, you may pay by check or money order. I will give you my mailing address upon request.

Q: What happens if I do not pay on time?
A: You will be sent emails to remind you, if I get no payment and no response 10 days after your due date I will suspend your website until the payment PLUS the $10 late fee is paid. Once that is paid your site will be unsuspended asap.

Q: What happens if I received an email stating after a certain date my site will be deleted?
A: If I still do not get paid after numerous times contacting you and getting no response or payment then I will email you and tell you if I do not receive payment by a certain date the entire domain will be deleted. If this happens and your site does get deleted and the domain name is still in the WHOIS registrar (this depends on renewal date of your domain) and you want to get the domain name transferred to someone else you will be required to pay whatever my host requires for the transfer of the domain.

Q: If my site was deleted and I would like to have it back online what do I need to do?
A: If you do not want the domain name transferred and want me to get your site back up you WILL BE required to pay the start up fees just like you were starting up new website. As stated above this price depends on how much it costs to get your domain name back and how long it is still registered with WHOIS.

Q: Are my domain name renewal fees included in my site fees?
A: Domain name renewals are included in site fees IF specified on each page. For those whose sites I am just hosting or where specified, you will need to pay for your domain name renewals. You will receive an email one month prior to your domain name expiration so you can renew it directly from this website.

Q: I received something in the mail that says my domain name needs renewed, why am I receiving this?
A: It is spam, disregard it and throw it away. If I host your site ALL domain name renewals are done from my hosting company.
