Anyone NOT paying their bill on due date will have
10 days to pay or your site WILL BE suspended AND
a $10 late fee will be charged....
No sites will be unsuspended until your bill is paid in full.....
There are too many people that are not paying on time,
I do my job when you send me stuff and I expect to be paid on time.

 

1.  A FREE sample page will be made and placed on a special page for you to view and okay (before or after payment is made).  That way any changes you would like can be corrected before it is placed and completed on  your new domain.  There is no charge for this service.  You may send me your logo, photos etc. so I have something to work with in the designing part. 

2.  All website designing, hosting, maintaining etc. must be paid in full at time of purchase.

3.  No refunds on any of my web designing packages or services at any time.

4.  All updating to your website will be done either immediately or within 24 hrs of notifying me.

5.  If you have to snail mail photos etc, they will be returned to you in the same condition that I received them.

6.  You will be notified either by snail mail or email regarding your site fees between 2-3 weeks before your due date.  If you fail to make payment and your site fees are 10 days late a $10 Late Fee
      is added and charged to your fees and your site will be suspended until full payment is made.  If you fail to pay the $10 late fee your site will still be suspended until that late fee is paid.  Paying late does NOT mean that once you pay it will be 3 months until your next due date.  (e.g. if you pay 2 months late your next payment would be the following month, NOT 3 months  from the time you paid your late site fees). 
      I take my work seriously and put YOUR updates that you want on your site immediately or within a short period of time and I would like the same respect in getting me paid, I have bills that need paid
too on time. 

7.  You may snail mail a check or money order or payments can also be made online using PayPal.  If you send a check it must have bank clearance before any service is completed.  $30 fee for returned checks.

8.  My website is easily found on all sites that I do, just go to the bottom of every page on every site and click on the link and it will bring you to my site.

9.  If you fail to make payments on a regular basis you will be required to pay site fees in advance.  You will be notified if this action needs to be taken.

 

 What happens if I do not pay?

Suspension &/or Deletion
 
1.  If you fail to make your payment for your site fees after 10 days past your due date then your site will be on suspension until ALL site fees + late charge is paid. 

2.  If this continues to be a problem and your site keeps getting suspended every quarter when your site fees are due you will be required to pay the site fees + late charge that was due PLUS you will now be required to pay your site fees in advance.

3.  If I still do not get paid after numerous times contacting you and getting no response or payment then I will email you and tell you if I do not receive payment by a certain date the entire domain will
be deleted.  If this happens and your site does get deleted and the domain name is still in the WHOIS registrar and you want to get the domain name transferred to someone else you will be required to
pay $300 for the transfer of the domain.

4.  If after deletion, if you do not want the domain name transferred and want me to get your site back up you WILL BE required to pay the start up fees just like you were starting up new website.  And ALL future site fees will need to be paid in advance.

5. If you have been put on the Pre-Pay list and have still not paid you will be required to pay the normal site fees + late fee of $10 after the 3rd day when your pre-paid fees are due.  And if payment is still not received after being notified numerous times your site will be deleted after 2 weeks of not paying.  You will be required to pay the start up fee to get it back online.  You had been notified numerous times and when I have to email you that your site WILL be deleted in 2 weeks if payment is not made that will be the last email warning.......your site will just be deleted.  You WERE warned many times!!
